Dr. Yogesh kumar, professor of physical education at meerut college, ccs university, meerut, is an accomplished educator, researcher, and sports expert with over 21 years of teaching and training experience. He holds a phd in physical education and several certifications, including the nis diploma in sports training and the diploma in sports medicine. His research focuses on yoga, sports medicine, and exercise physiology, and he has numerous national and international publications. He serves as a keynote speaker and resource person at global conferences, integrating yoga, ayurveda, and physical fitness for holistic health. He is also a registered uk design patent holder and an accredited yoga instructor (usa).
